Frequent absenteeism;

Failure to incorporate naturalistic teaching during routine activities;

Inaccurate data collection

and prepare a 1-2 page(s) report that includes:

How you identify and/or quantity the specific staff issue (you can include a table showing how you record the staff performance);

Two possible reasons for the issue and the potential impact to the staff, client, and the agency;

Your recommendations on how to resolve the issue, referencing to the evidence-based supervisory protocol.

You should include at least 2 references other than the text in your report.
