In the state of Texas a controversial new law limiting abortion availability is now in effect. One element of the new law makes it a criminal act to assist a woman in  procuring/obtaining an abortion. Using any of the principles we have studied, how might someone rationalize assisting someone to obtain an abortion either in Texas or elsewhere, given the current illegal status of such assistance?
