In this project, your will analyze the workplace communication practice during the COVID-19 pandemic and offer a recommendation to address the communication challenges within the organization. Some examples of communication issues relevant to this context may include but are not limited to:
• Safety procedures communication
• Effectiveness of virtual meetings
• Coordination of work shifts
• Social support among staff members
• Effectiveness of communication channels
• External communication to customers
• Ways to maintain routine internal communication
• Bad news communication
• Communication dynamics when everyone is working from home
Your analysis should be based on either your first-hand experience through observations of your organization or an interview of an employee in an organization. The deliverables of the project include:
